Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once the product has been delivered or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds.

Exceptions:

• Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged more than once, contact us at mail@thejustomen.com, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate.

• Delivery Issues: If you did not receive your download link, please reach out and we’ll make sure you get access manually.
